If you do it by mail and don't receive the acknowledgement in the mail in a couple of weeks, then send it again CRR, or do it online and print all the appropriate screens.
The note to the moderators is for you to delete this, if you feel that it does not comply with your direction for the site - and/or it is too questionable.
Was your updated score sent to you in the mail with your investigation results?
In response to my validation letter, the CA sent me a copy of the OC's accounting ledger screen.
